New Clients
New Clients may request an invitation to the portal and ask any questions you may have via the Contact page. Our wonderful Practice Manager, Julie, responds to all inquiries submitted via the Contact page within 48 business hours.
Scheduling
Clients use a secure online portal site in order to sign their initial intake forms, manage payment balances, view all available openings and self-schedule appointments. Appointments are available during non-holiday weekdays.
Tele-health Sessions
Clients access their secure online video sessions via a private link sent to their personal email address. We do not offer in person counseling at this time.
Payments & Fees
The per counseling session fee is $125 (60 to 90 minutes). The fee for time providing written feedback on client work produced between sessions will be prorated at a rate of $100 per hour. A $100 fee will be charged for sessions missed without notice. A $75 fee will be charged for any sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Payments are due and in full at the time of service and auto charged to the Payment Card saved on file for the client.
Health Insurance
Contact us if you would like us to verify your insurance plan benefits and deductibles prior to scheduling. If you would like to use your out-of-network health insurance benefits, we will submit your claims for reimbursement to your insurance company on your behalf.
